Bill Maurer has done several projects for me including a complete remodel of my kitchen with large walk-in pantry this past year. He delivers top quality work for a good price and I have always been very happy with the outcome. I highly recommend him.

Bill Maurer and Maurer Construction was great! I've heard so many nightmares on kitchen remodels, but that wasn't the case with Maurer Construction. I got my beautiful, forever kitchen with custom cabinets, marble countertops, and new floor plan. He was able to complete the remodel within the time given and fixed multiple safety and fire issues that were hidden behind walls and floors. I will hire Maurer Construction again and recommend them for as a honest, professional contractor.

Bill Maurer, Maurer Construction, Inc. is a man who takes great pride in his work. Having experienced one of a homeowner's worst nightmares, an upstairs bathroom flood ruining two stories including drywall, carpeting, my bank account and more. Bill efficiently and meticulously restored everything down to the last detail. He was very professional and hands on keeping his work area neat and clean allowing me and my family to continue to move freely around the house as necessary. When I had questions, he was extremely helpful and easy to communicate with making for a stress-free experience during a stressful disorienting time. He gladly worked with me and my budget making things simple and easy to move forward. It was a pleasure to have a knowledgeable, clean and detail-oriented person working on my house. During the restoration of our house, he went above and beyond the agreed terms. He well exceeded my expectations noticing and fixing multiple unaddressed safety issues hidden in our walls and ceiling. He worked overtime on our house every day including the difficult ones till completion. Our house is currently in better shape now than it was before the flood thanks to Bill. This is someone who I'd personally fully recommend to anyone for any job. I'm glad to have my house back in one piece again, thank you again Bill.

Bill is a great communicator. He not only was the first contractor to get us a bid and respond to us, he consistently followed up via text, email and phone to ensure that we got what we needed. That was especially amazing since some other contractors wouldn't even call us back!! We decided to actually sell the house instead of remodel so in the end didn't move forward with Bill, but I was so impressed with his follow-through. I would definitely want to work with him in the future.

For years we had a minor problem with water pooling under our house, particularly in the wintertime and after rainstorms. Maurer Construction assessed our situation, and recommended a modestly-priced solution that combined a sump pump and circulating fans to keep the soil dry under our house. It is a tight, rocky and uncomfortable working environment under most California homes, and ours is no exception. Yet this contractor was willing to crawl in underneath our house, and do what needed to be done, without cutting any corners. They excavated a hole for the sump pump and installed and connected everything very efficiently. It fixed our problem beautifully and the solution should last for years to come. Thanks, Maurer Construction!
